"Practice makes progress."
Hi, I'm Brooke.
I'm a pediatric occupational therapist who loves helping children build confidence, independence, and joy through play. I completed my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from the University of Southern California in 2025. My doctoral capstone project focused on supporting the development of fine motor skills within elementary school classrooms at Los Angeles Unified School District.
I believe every child learns differently, so I strive to create engaging, strengths-focused sessions tailored to each child's unique interests, learning style, and sensory needs. I enjoy partnering closely with families to support meaningful progress in everyday life. Whether we're working on fine motor skills, emotional regulation, sensory processing, or daily routines, my goal is to help each child feel successful, understood, and celebrated every step of the way!
Movement first
You'll usually find my sessions in motion — swings, crash pads, obstacle courses. Movement helps kids feel regulated and ready to learn, and some of the best progress happens when therapy feels like play.
