About Stephanie

Stephanie Fluger is a mother, a founder, a businesswoman — and most importantly, a relentless advocate for families navigating the neurodivergent journey. A life forever changed by her son’s autism diagnosis, Stephanie turned her passion for advocacy into action. She didn’t just seek out services — she built an entire community where neurodivergent children and their families could be seen, supported, and celebrated.
When Stephanie's son was diagnosed with autism, she found herself navigating a maze of therapies, waitlists, and judgmental systems that never quite fit. The resources she needed simply didn’t exist. So she built them. Every program, every service, every space she creates is rooted in her lived experience as a mom searching for answers — and refusing to settle for less than what her son deserved.
Today, Stephanie leads with that same fire: to give other families what she once wished existed. Her mission is to change how the world sees and supports neurodivergent kids and the families who love them.

Connection Therapy Clinic
Connection Therapy Clinic wasn’t born from a business plan. It was born from desperation, heartbreak, and determination. When my son was diagnosed with autism, I was suddenly thrust into a world that wasn’t designed for us — a world of waitlists, dismissals, and professionals who saw deficits instead of a whole, incredible child. I searched everywhere for a place that would see my son the way I saw him — full of light, potential, and joy. I didn’t find it. So I built it. Connection Therapy Clinic started in a tiny sublease with borrowed furniture and one guiding belief: that every child deserves to be understood before they are expected to conform. I didn’t come from a clinical background — I came from the marketing world — but I knew how to build vision, create momentum, and speak to people’s hearts. Most importantly, I knew what it felt like to be a parent in crisis, hoping someone would listen. The clinic is a reflection of that hope. Every color, every policy, every therapist, and every family touchpoint was shaped by the mom in me — the one who stayed up crying, researching, advocating, and refusing to give up. Now, Connection Therapy Clinic is a thriving, joyful, 5,000 sq ft space full of movement, mess, regulation, giggles, and breakthroughs. It’s not just a clinic. It’s a home base for families like mine who were told to adjust their expectations. Here, we rewrite those expectations together. And yet, there’s still more I want to share. But I’ll let you ask. Because the real magic happens in conversation.
