We will be lead on a healing journey by Revital - who understands motherhood and some of the stress we might experience. She is true to her practice and passionate about supporting others. This class will help you reconnect with your body and foster a sense of community with other moms who truly understand. Whether you're new to meditation or a experienced , this inclusive space is designed to support you exactly as you are.
