What to Expect from Our Insurance Process
Once you provide us with your child's insurance information, we will verify your benefits—but to do so, we require specific information from you and ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process. We strongly advise you also, contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your benefits for speech or occupational therapy.
The figures we provide are based on the information given by your insurance at the time of calling. However, final costs are determined when claims are processed, typically 30-90 days after each session. This means your actual patient responsibility may differ. Unfortunately, we do not set the pricing—insurance determines the final amount.
